Like so many during the pandemic, I recently found myself wondering if this is all life was going to be: An endless cycle of work, crashing at home after work, and dreading returning to work.
Between the quarantine, leaving a job of 12+ years, and moving to the biggest city in America, I suddenly found myself standing at the edge of the unknown. And I was scared shitless.
Writing has always been a part of my life, whether it was writing papers in school, study guides I sold to friends, or journaling every day, the written word was always my preferred method of communication.
Through my own recovery from childhood trauma, I rediscovered my voice and want to use it to speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves.
But...not like that. Just like-social media stuff.
